Legal Document

Create the text to be presented in legal documents by effective date and can be the terms of use accepted during web portal online bin orders.

 

Navigate To: System>Configuration>Customer>Legal Document

  1. Click Add to create a new Legal Document.

  2. Select the effective date.

  3. Select Web Portal to make this legal document visible as Terms of Use during online bin orders.

  • Required if using Web Portal. See more about Web Portal here.

  1. Enter Legal Text of up to 32,000 characters with spaces.

  2. Click Save.

  3. Double click on an existing Legal Document to preview & print, edit text and/or effective date.
